Neil Simon’s romantic comedy Barefoot in the Park opened Friday at Good Company Players’ 2nd Space Theatre.
Fresh from their honeymoon, newlyweds Corie and Paul move into a 5th floor New York walkup. When they don’t see eye-to-eye about their apartment, their neighbors, or their sex drive, the new marriage experiences its first patch of rough weather. There’s a bohemian neighbor, wrong turns and lots of laughter on the bumpy path to a happy ending. |
