Fiendishly funny
Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward

Hoping for a few laughs and some new material, a novelist hires a medium — and winds up being haunted by the ghost of his tempestuous first wife. At first, only the writer can see her, and his current wife thinks he’s having a breakdown until the spiteful and jealous phantom shows her true colors.

As a series of accidents and near misses begin to occur, the medium is invited back to exorcise the malevolent spirit. What began as a prank turns into a hilarious battle between the bad-tempered banshee and a tangibly ticked off second wife for the affections of their mutual husband. Opening March 2 at Good Company Players’ 2nd Space Theatre, Gilbert & Sullivan’s beloved maritime masterpiece, H.M.S. Pinafore.Aboard the grand British naval ship, H.M.S. Pinafore, the Captain plans to wed his dear daughter to the First Lord of the Admiralty, despite her forbidden love for a sailor of humble means. But the young couple ignores social convention and plans to elope.

Opening March 16 at Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater is Good Company Players’ production of Peter and the Starcatcher, the Tony-winning musical story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up (a.k.a. Peter Pan).
