They’re dancing like Crazy…for You!

If you see a bunch of fit, young actors looking just a tiny bit tired, it could be because there are more than 20 hot dance numbers in Good Company Players’ production of Crazy for You, the romantic comedy at Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater with music by George Gershwin.  These happy hoofers will continue to wow us with their skill and energy until March 15, which gives you just 3 more weeks to get in and see them.  Great dance, great music, fun comedy and a fine meal beforehand!  You can’t beat that.  Reserve your spot at 559-266-9494 or buy tickets online on our secure pages at rogerrockas.com.
There is more to the people you see on stage at Roger Rocka’s than meets the eye and ear.  You may notice them first because of graceful dancing, a nice voice, quick wit or sometimes because they’re so cute when you first see them in Good Company Players’ Junior Company. But there is plenty of substance behind the talent, as evidenced by this profile of Greg Grannis in Kings River Life Magazine.

Smokey the Water Heater has left the building

We’re delighted to report that all of the drama at Roger Rocka’s Dinner Theater was back on the stage where it belongs this past week.  You may have heard that we had to clear the building for a short time on Valentine’s Day because of water heater induced smokiness.  Said giant heater was replaced with a sophisticated new one that we believe may speak several languages and understand string theory.  It has promised never to start smoking and all is back to normal. Our thanks to Fresno Plumbing which responded so quickly and capably in engineering the replacement and to City of Fresno inspectors and PG&E for thoroughly checking everything out.  Thanks, too, to the Fresno Fire Department which responded on Valentine’s night to make sure everything was okay.
